Leap Day.

happy Leap Day, everybody!

some recent updates in simplified numbered forms!

1. my first driving lesson started yesterday, and driving was EXACTLY what i imagined it to be--like an arcade, hahahaha. i'm still not too used to stepping on the clutch every time i need to break or change gears, but i know i'll get better with more concentration and practice! 
2. also wondering if driving instructors are more prone to heart attacks since they need to deal with newbie drivers all the time, HAHA. my driving instructor is a lovely man, though! 
3. Big Bang's album was released last night and i've been listening to it until now! Dae Sung's solo song is brilliant. 
4. John and Vinny are really all i draw nowadays. they're my excuse to practice drawing on my tablet again, too. clicky HERE to visit The Lost Boys!
5. currently reading Neil Gaiman's American Gods, which is vastly different from whatever i have read so far. interesting story-telling as usual, i mean really, it's Neil Gaiman we're talking about!
6. i've been refraining from buying any books recently but my brother just gave me a little Borders  Member Rewards... token? i don't know, it's a thumb-sized card that apparently, works like a normal Borders Membership card. so... don't be surprised if you catch me indulging in a pile of freshly-purchased books soon.
7. clothes are also quite the unnecessary item in life, but really, as a girl, it's difficult to deny my primal desires(aside from food, that is). i'll wait for the sales, i'll wait for the sales quietly. 
8. church is still a strange new thing to me. with people asking me how it's like and how i am after being saved, it's exactly like being thrown out of my comfort zone when mingling is the precise thing i avoid in real life.

anyways, i have officially created a tumblog for The Lost Boys! if you don't know who The Lost Boys are, they're John and Vinny, my latest creations that i adore too much. they're a couple of boys who live in the 80s because they're cool like that. i know how ironic it is to use the internet as a medium to share drawings of John and Vinny reading comic books in the Internet-less age, but drawing John and Vinny is mainly about reminding people of the good old times, when we lived simple lives, and was happy like that.
